Meet the owners
Justin and Deneille
Justin and Deneille were born and raised in Saskatchewan and wanted to prosper and have their family in their hometown province. They searched for a veterinary hospital to buy into in Central/Southern Saskatchewan, but there was nothing suitable at the time. They shared the same vision and values, so when the idea of a new business prospered, it resulted in them starting Twin Valley VHS from scratch.
McCannell Financial Group, out of Saskatoon, worked them through business plans, banks, and financial planning. The building they bought was once a machine shop owned by Sask Pro Machine Shop. They put the family to work, and Brad Tocher soon became the foreman on the job to help with renovating, building rooms, and lining up contractors. The family came in to paint, put Deneille and Justin up in their homes, cooked food for long days, and provided accounting support…the list was endless, and they are forever grateful. Dreams became a reality when they hired two staff members to become a team of four and opened their doors on September 29, 2009. They will never forget their first clients and patient– George & Dianne Neibergall and Misty.
Their vision has always been to operate a rural mixed animal practice, treating all patients as if they were their own. To be a hospital that always offers the best medical options, to be mindful of the financial needs of their clients, and to empower local community members to learn and grow with them during their employment. They also thrive in giving back to their community through volunteering, fundraising, assisting local rescue groups, and allowing children to see what being in the profession is all about.
All of their employees and clients feel like family to them, and they hope one day they find the right veterinarian to join their family who has the same vision, values, and passion so the hospital can continue to serve the community and surrounding area.
Delphine Gelowitz
Kennel Staff
Delphine Gelowitz is currently a part-time employee who has been around since day one – she is Deneille’s mom and Justin’s mother-in-law! She has made endless contributions to the business, including providing a home base for Deneille at the start-up of the business while Justin was still working in Estevan. She has cleaned and painted the hospital over the years, cooked for them and the staff, and provided childcare while Justin and Deneille worked endless days growing the business.
Delphine currently takes pride in ensuring the hospital is sanitary for patients and clients, provides sewing services, and ensures staff has clean workstations.
In her spare time, Delphine loves to be with her family, go shopping and read books. She is a hockey grandma and enjoys her time at rinks watching her grandsons play hockey (and other sports too!)
Emma Schaeffer
DVM Student
My name is Emma Schaeffer and I grew up in Moose Jaw, Sask. I was a triathlete and still enjoy running and cycling throughout the summer. I graduated Grade 12 in Saskatoon and then started post-secondary at the University of Saskatchewan. In 2021 I was accepted into veterinary school at the Western College of Veterinary Medicine. Throughout my time in university I have been a member of the Wind Orchestra as a tuba player. I am also the treasurer for the veterinary student association.
This summer I am excited to see the broad range of cases a rural practice has to offer. As the previous summers I have worked in swine, I am eager to learn more about mixed animal practice. I am also excited to meet and work with new people this summer!
Leahanne Pangracs
Kennel Staff
My name is Leahanne Pangracs, and I am a part-time kennel staff member at Twin Valley VHS. I have been working here for just over a year and a half, and I love working with all the amazing staff. I love spending time with my puppy Zoe, hanging out with friends, and learning as much as I can about the vet industry. I am a grade 12 student, and I have applied to Sask Polytech in Saskatoon to become a Vet Tech! Working at the vet clinic has shown me how much I love working with animals. I am excited about my future as a Vet Tech and look forward to working with people as amazing as my current coworkers.
Tessa Helmeczi
Kennel Staff
Tessa is a grade 11 student currently attending Esterhazy High School. She has been working at Twin Valley VHS for just over a year and wishes to eventually come back and work as a full-time Veterinarian. In her free time, she enjoys keeping herself busy with her sports. She loves going to tournaments with her High School and Club Volleyball teams, as well as attending Dressage competitions with her horse, Leonardo. Tessa also loves helping with the cattle and horses on her family’s farm.
Orangie
Mental Health Professional
My name is Orangie, and I am the most important member of the Twin Valley VHS team! I greet all clients and patients when they arrive here at the hospital. For the most part, I like them all. I will sit in the kennel room to take care of and oversee the patients, carefully making sure they don’t feel alone. I have also stayed with many moms or dads upfront, comforting them while my team takes care of their family members in the back.
I love to eat anything, and sneaking treats is my favourite thing to do. I go around from staff member to staff member, sitting on their papers while they work, begging for love, food, and attention. They love me so much! My most important job here at the hospital is cuddling with my team, whether they are sad, have had a rough day, or just want to snuggle.
Justin Noble
DVM
My name is Justin Noble. I grew up just outside of Estevan, Sask. I was actively involved in anything horse related and loved playing hockey through the winter. After graduating from high school, I attended Casper College in Casper, Wyoming, for 2 years. I judged livestock (cattle, sheep, hogs, and horses) for the college and was student body president during my second year of junior college. From there, I transferred to Texas Tech in Lubbock, Texas, again to judge livestock. In 2003 I was accepted into the veterinary school at the Western College of Veterinary Medicine in Saskatoon and graduated in 2007.
After graduation, I worked in Carlyle and Redvers, Sask, for one and a half years, followed by one year in Estevan and Weyburn.
In September 2007, I married Deneille. We have 2 wonderful, happy, smart, and athletic boys. I have had the privilege of coaching both their hockey teams, which I truly love to be a part of. As a family, we spend time together while riding our horses and camping. I enjoy team roping and just about anything that has horses involved.
I have thoroughly enjoyed offering veterinary medicine to the Esterhazy area. I enjoy all aspects of veterinary medicine, but the area that I am most passionate about is surgery. I have the wonderful experience of working with a great team that is extremely motivated and dedicated.
I look forward to continuing my career in Esterhazy for years to come and eventually mentoring a veterinarian who would like to become a business partner!
Jennifer Patrick
Veterinary Assistant
My name is Jennifer Patrick and I am a Veterinary Assistant here at Twin Valley VHS. I started working in 2014 as a Customer Care Representative. I then moved into the Veterinary Assistant position 6 months later. As an Assistant I enjoy being and hands on with the patients. I was born In Alberta, grew up in British Columbia and then moved to Saskatchewan in 2007. I now live in Esterhazy with my husband Terry and we have two children Wyatt and Shelby who are now adults.
We are all very much animal lovers and we have two dogs, three horses, three goats, lots of chickens and a few farm cats. I take pride in caring for each and every patient that comes in the door from the smallest to the biggest. Each day brings something new, and I have learned so much from all the staff here at the hospital, and always look forward to learning more. In my free time I enjoy being with my family, as well as being at our farm and just relaxing in the outdoors.
Jennifer Giroux
Veterinary Assistant
As a child living on the farm there were always lots of animals around. It was so fulfilling to take care and love them. Leaving home to start my career path I headed to SIAST to start Early Childhood Education. After working in that field for many years it was time for a change. An opportunity arose to start as a Veterinarian Assistant at TVVHS. I have been working with the team for 4 years. I love tending to all our patients’ needs and taking the time to love them while in our care.
With our mixed practice here at TVVHS I continue to learn daily, leaving me excited for what’s next. We laugh and support each other here every day while doing a job we are all passionate about and that’s such an important aspect. Outside of work my family and I enjoy time on our acreage in the yard and with our animals. We enjoy spending time at the lake, gathering often with family and enjoying sunsets in the backyard. Nothing better than a bonfire and friends to end the day!
Reina Murphy
RVT
Hello! My name is Reina Murphy and I am a Registered Veterinary Technologist. In June 2024, I graduated from Lakeland College in Vermilion Alberta with an Animal Health Technology diploma. Since growing up in the ranching industry and being involved in both beef and light horse 4-H clubs, I found a passion in caring for animals and wanted to be part of the Veterinary Medicine field. After graduation I decided to move back near the family ranch, just south of Wapella Saskatchewan to continue growing my own cow herd, and work on the family ranch. I also began my career as a Register Veterinary Technologist with Twin Valley Veterinary Services. I like working in the clinic and being a part of all the interesting cases and building relationships with the client and their pets. In my spare time, I enjoy spending time on the farm, riding horses and checking cows. I have two dogs of my own, a miniature schnauzer named Candy and a border collie named Roxy who keeps me on my toes.
Deneille Noble
RVT
I was born and raised in Esterhazy, Sk. After graduating high school in 2000, I received my Veterinary Technology Diploma in 2002 and started to work! I have had numerous jobs and positions. I worked at both a small animal/exotic practice and a mixed animal practice, worked in research at the Prairie Swine Center, managed a swine nursery barn at PIC, did some part-time work at a feedlot, and worked as the Canadian Quality Assurance Coordinator as well as their Training Coordinator for Big Sky Farms (now Olymel).
In 2007 Justin and I decided to get married, move and start our own business!
Since then, we have grown our family by adding two busy boys, Cardell and Carson. Currently, we reside on a farm with horses, calves, two dogs, the boys’ two cats, and a goat named Ned. I now spend my time working from home on the business and running them to sporting events!
In my spare time, I love to hike and backpack, snowshoe, go to the gym, sit around the campfire, read and be with family and close friends.
Aurore Meyer
VT
My name is Aurora Meyer. I started working at Twin Valley Veterinary Hospital as a Veterinary Technologist in 2017 but just came back in February of 2022 after a two-year maternity break.
Mike, my husband, and I live in Churchbridge with our two children, Ryan and Jessica. We are raising cattle and sheep. I love that every day at the hospital is different and unpredictable. Doing dental cleanings on cats and dogs is one of the most gratifying procedures for me, but I also love to go on farms and help with large animal appointments. When I am not at work, I love working on the farm with my husband and our children. I also enjoy riding my horse, spending time with our animals or following my kids in their activities.

Sarah Moore
RVT
Hello, my name is Sarah. I’m an RVT with TVVHS. I grew up on a mixed grain and cattle farm just outside of Esterhazy, knowing I always wanted to work with animals. I have been an RVT here at TVVHS for 3 years, but have actually been part of the Twin Valley team for just over 9 years, working off and on through high school as a volunteer student, collecting my hours for college, eventually working my way up to a summer student and working through college until graduation. In 2019 I graduated from Lakeland College with a diploma in Animal Health Technology. Prior to that, I also graduated their Veterinary Medical Assistant course in 2016.
Here at Twin Valley VHS, we see a large variety of cases and animals. I love that every day is different, and you never quite know what may come through the door. My favourite patients to see here at the hospital are cows and dogs, but I love talking about pet nutrition with all of our small animal clients and talking to our producers about how they can better their herds. Recently I have started working alongside P.J. Gillen, our elementary school here in town. Myself along with the help of TVVHS, have worked closely with the school to implement a Therapy Dog program. Once a week, my dog Bo and I go to the school to assist children with developing a number of skills in areas such as self-regulation, anxiety, social skills, compassion, empathy and self-esteem.
We also have a reading buddy program where children can save all of their “panda points” (a reward system used within the school to promote good behaviour, kindness etc.) for some time with Bo where they can hang out, read him a book, or just talk to him. The program is a hit so far! Parents, children and teachers are all very excited when they see Bo come through the doors. This is something I take great pride in and hope to continue for years to come. When I’m not at work, you’ll most likely find me in a tractor, tree stand or overtop of a crib board with a good cup of coffee in my hand. During the mild months, I can be found camping, fishing or out horseback riding.
Kylee Dixon
RVT
My name is Kylee Dixon, I graduated from Saskatchewan Polytechnic in Saskatoon with a diploma as a Veterinary Technician. Coming from a farming background, I knew I wanted to be involved in a mixed animal vet hospital. My family currently runs a purebred hereford operation consisting of around 250 head of cattle. After graduating in June of 2022, I decided to move to the Esterhazy area to work at Twin Valley VHS. Moving 2 hours away from the farm was a big change, but everyone at the clinic was very welcoming and made the transition a lot easier.
I enjoy the wide variety of cases that come into the hospital, as every day is different and unique. From taking X-rays to pulling blood, there is always something to keep me on my toes, which creates a great environment for improving a variety of my skills. Surgery is one area I really enjoy, as well as any large animal cases. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time on the farm riding horses and showing cattle. I also have a dog named Ollie, who enjoys going for lots of walks.
Kimberly Parks
Office Manager
Growing up on a farm near Esterhazy, I realized my love for all small and large animals, and that one day, I wanted to have a career in the veterinary field. I had been working in a Sales and Logistics role for a transportation company for many years and decided on a career change. I was lucky enough to join Dr Noble and the amazing team here at Twin Valley Veterinary Health Services in 2019. In the role of Office Manager, I strive to ensure that the hospital is providing professional health care for your livestock and small animal patients as if they were our own.
When not at work, you can find me spending time with my two busy boys, Remi and Kody, horseback riding, camping and fishing, farming, skating or playing card games!
Allycia Korol
Customer Care Representative
Growing up on a farm near Esterhazy, I enjoyed the animals we had, such as cows and a few horses. After graduation, I moved away and received my business and human resources diploma. In 2014 I made my way back to Esterhazy with my husband, Bryan and two girls, Ava and Emma. On our little farm, we enjoy all the critters, from cows, sheep, donkeys, dogs and a few barn cats. I joined the team at Twin Valley Veterinary Health Services early in 2022 as a Customer Care Representative. Here I get to share my love of large and small animals.
I enjoy helping clients get the services or products they need to make sure their pets/livestock are happy and in great health. I am also excited to learn more from all the team members and the experiences they share. In my spare time, I enjoy camping, fishing and hanging out with my family and friends.
